My stay at the hotel was disappointing overall. While the location was great, positioning me close to the bus station, the conditions of the room and service left much to be desired. The tiny, stuffy room had unpleasant odors, and I encountered several service hiccups during my brief visit.

My stay at Sabrina Golden Palace Hotel was a disappointing experience. While the location was ideal, close to Bukit Bintang and various eateries, the room conditions were unacceptable. The staff were friendly, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. I cannot recommend this hotel. 😞
